Having a High-Performance Radiator also becomes very important when converting from a factory style top mount intercooler to a front mount intercooler system. Moving the intercooler in front of the radiator restricts airflow and increases the temperature of air flowing through it. These factors are often overlooked but you need to compensate for both air restriction and higher air temperatures flowing through the radiator.
