HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
ELIGIBLE RETURNS
Products that are eligible for a return must have a return requested within 14 days of you receiving your order.
All products that are eligible for a return must be sealed in the original manufacture packaging, unopened, unused, and not fall under special order or excluded categories (“Ineligible returns”) outlined below. Products that are no longer in sealed manufacture packaging, have been opened, used, or otherwise fall under special order or excluded categories are not eligible for a return.
Products that were purchased as a bundle such as staged packages or other part combinations under one product listing must be returned in full. We do not accept returns of partial bundles and individual items cannot be returned separately.

To start a return please fill out our RMA request form which can be found here. Once you’ve submitted an RMA request, you’ll receive an email from our team once we’ve reviewed your request with instructions on what your next steps are.
RESTOCKING FEE
All products that are eligible for a return and where a return is accepted are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Original shipping costs associated with your order will be deducted from the refunded amount as well even if your order qualified for free shipping when your order was placed.
The restocking fee serves to cover the costs associated with accepting and facilitating eligible returns.
INELIGIBLE RETURNS
We do not accept returns or cancellations of products that were special ordered. These products will have a designated special order tag either on the product page, or on your invoice if you were sent a custom offer by Saikospeed sales staff.
We do not accept returns or cancellations of custom products such as customized coilovers, made-to-order products, or otherwise non-off-the-shelf parts.
We do not accept returns of products that are no longer in their sealed manufacture packaging, have otherwise been opened, used, or installed as we cannot resell these products.
We do not accept returns of any electronics including but not limited to tuning devices, gauges, boost controllers, wiring harnesses, or any similar products.
Items that are sold as clearance or open-box are ineligible for a return. These items are sold at greatly-reduced prices and therefore these sales are considered final.
Items that have been marked as final sale on your invoice or at checkout are not eligible for a return or cancellation.
SPECIAL ORDER AND CUSTOM PRODUCT ETAs
We do not accept cancelations of special order products or custom built products due to delays in ETA. While our team does it’s best to convey the information provided to us by manufactures, ETAs serve as a rough estimate of when your product should be available to ship. We do not accept cancelations due to ETA push backs given the dynamic nature of special order and custom built products which are outside of Saikospeed’s control.
PRODUCT REFUNDS
Once your return shipment has been received and approved, a refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original form of payment. You can expect this credit to reflect within 5 business days post-approval, depending on your bank’s processing practices. Your refund amount will be your original order value less our restocking fee and original shipping costs.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Our fulfillment software sends out packing slips to our warehouse (or to the distributor/manufacturer) automatically within minutes of you placing your order, so your parts may already be in the pick-and-pack stage.
While we will do our best to stop your order from shipping, we cannot guarantee that it will be successful. When we are unable to successfully intercept your package before it ships, you must file an RMA request and go through our normal returns process.
SHIPPING DELAYS
Once an order has been remitted to a courier such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS, Saikospeed is not in control of any shipping delays incurred during transit. As such we cannot refund any shipping costs associated with expedited delivery options if a delay arises once your order is in the hands of any shipping service.
REFUSED AND UNDELIVEREABLE ORDERS
Refused or otherwise undeliverable orders that are returned to our facility will be processed like a standard return; this means that they will be subject to restocking fees and original shipping costs will be debited against your refund total.
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards cannot be returned and may not be redeemed for cash. Gift cards issued and managed by Saikospeed can only be applied to purchases from saikospeed.com. We are not responsible for gift cards that are lost, stolen, or used without permission.
PRODUCT WARRANTIES
Saikospeed provides warranty coverage only for products manufactured by us. For the majority of items on our website, warranty coverage is provided directly by the manufacturer. As such, all warranty claims including those for defective products or missing components must be handled with the respective manufacturer.
If a manufacturer requests a proof of purchase as part of their warranty or missing component process, our team is available to provide this to the manufacturer.
For products manufactured by Saikospeed, please contact us directly to address any warranty concerns. For all other products, your warranty claim must be coordinated with the product’s manufacturer directly.
