We guarantee that if you receive a part that doesn't fit when you've shopped via setting your year-make-model on our store or if you've been sold parts by a member of our Sales team that you'll have the following options backed by our fitment guarantee.
Damaged part exchange: We have fantastic relationships with all of the brands that we sell and if you wish have your part swapped out we will assist in facilitating your warranty claim. You'll also have the option of being provided an expedited RMA with a prepaid shipping label for a refund.
Product received is for wrong application: If you've received a part that was listed as being for your application but our website data was incorrect or a member of our Sales team made an error, please contact us as soon as possible so we can rectify the situation. We'll be able to facilitate an exchange for the correct part, or offer an expedited RMA with a prepaid shipping label.
It's important to us that you receive the right parts for your application. That's why we back every part sold via our year-make-model filtering or by our expert Sales team with a fitment guarantee. We want you to know that you'll receive the parts you expect, in brand new condition, and that you can modify your car knowing if you run into an issue, Saikospeed has your back.
What's always covered: You'll always receive the product you expect in undamaged brand new condition. Sometimes damage happens with rough handling during transit. Even if you don't set your year-make-model or purchase via a Sales team member, all products received damaged on arrival will be offered a manufacture's exchange for a new product or an expedited RMA with a prepaid label.
