When can I expect my order?
We have a geographically diverse distribution network throughout the United States, letting us reach many customers in 3 days or less with our standard shipping. You will automatically be emailed an order confirmation as well as tracking information after placing your order. Please allow up to 5 business days for delivery on standard orders. Custom products will have an ETA listed on their product page.
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging, in proper re-sellable condition.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We do not have any restocking fee on returns that are accepted as being in original condition/re-sellable condition.
If your return has an issue, such as not being in its original condition, or having signs of use (such as mock fitting), we may enact a restocking fee of 5-30% at our discretion as the item will have to be sold as open box/signs of use.

Damages, wrong item received, other issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We guarantee you will get the parts you ordered.
Exceptions and non-returnable items
Please note that we cannot accept returns on special order products, customized/custom spec products (such as custom coilovers), or made-to-order products. In a scenario where you would like to return or cancel an order in these categories, please email email@example.com. While we reserve the right to refuse a return or cancelation, we may at our discretion extend a return or cancelation in special scenarios, with or without a restocking fee or return shipping cost.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 1-5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too, although this typically takes 2-3 days and is accounted for in our 1-5 total refund time estimate. I want to purchase a product that isn't in your catalogue, can you get it?
We can absolutely source any part that you would like to purchase. Our distribution network has been built from over a decade of relationships with leading manufactures, wholesalers, and even other retailers. Please contact us for a custom invoice through Shopify secure checkout.
