The Saikospeed Apex+ Membership Program (“Apex+,” “Membership,” or “Program”) is a paid subscription offered by Saikospeed.com (“Saikospeed,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling in Apex+, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Definitions
- Store Credit means promotional credit applied to your Saikospeed customer account for use on eligible purchases on Saikospeed.com.
- Member Pricing means special pricing or discounts available only to active Apex+ members on select eligible products and brands.
- Household means individuals or accounts reasonably determined to be connected, including by shared shipping address, billing address, payment method, device, account signals, or other indicators.
- Qualified Referral means a new Apex+ member who enrolls through a referral and completes their first successful paid membership charge.
2. Enrollment, Billing, and Renewal
- Price: Apex+ costs $4.95 per month, plus applicable taxes if any.
- Automatic renewal: Membership renews automatically each month until canceled.
- Payment authorization: By enrolling, you authorize Saikospeed to charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
- Failed payments: If a payment fails or is reversed, benefits may be paused or terminated until payment is successfully completed.
- No prorated refunds: Membership fees are non-refundable and non-prorated to the maximum extent permitted by law.
3. Monthly Store Credit Benefit
- Active Apex+ members receive $15 in store credit per month.
- Credits are typically issued on or shortly after the billing date.
- Each monthly credit expires 12 months from the date it is issued.
- Credits accumulate in a rolling ledger.
- Unused credits roll forward month to month.
- Credits older than 12 months automatically expire.
- The maximum rolling balance is effectively limited to credits issued during the prior 12 months.
Store Credit is promotional, has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or cash equivalents. Store Credit is not property of the member and may not be sold, assigned, or transferred.
Saikospeed reserves the right to correct errors in crediting, including accidental duplicate credits, and to remove credits issued in error.
4. Using Store Credit
- Store Credit may be applied toward eligible purchases on Saikospeed.com.
- Store Credit cannot be applied to shipping or taxes.
- Store Credit cannot be applied to gift cards, if offered.
- Additional product-level exclusions may apply.
Store Credit may be applied to products subject to MAP pricing. Store Credit does not change advertised pricing and is not a price discount.
5. Member Pricing
- Member Pricing applies only to select eligible products and brands.
- Discounts typically range between 5 percent and 15 percent but are not guaranteed.
- Eligible brands, products, and discount levels may be added, removed, or changed at any time.
- Changes may occur due to manufacturer, distributor, or MAP policy requirements beyond Saikospeed’s control.
- Products subject to MAP policies may be excluded from Member Pricing.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Member Pricing may not be combined with other promotional discounts or coupon codes.
6. Referral Bonus
Apex+ members may refer friends to join Apex+. When a referred individual becomes a Qualified Referral, both the referrer and the referred member will receive $15 in store credit.
- Referral credits are issued only after the referred member completes their first successful paid membership charge.
- Referral credits follow the same expiration and usage rules as monthly credits.
Referral Restrictions
- One membership per household.
- Self-referrals are not permitted.
Saikospeed may determine household or self-referral status in its sole discretion using reasonable indicators including name similarity, email address, shipping or billing address, payment method, device signals, account behavior, or technical signals.
7. Cancellation
- Membership cancellation is self-service only through the customer account page on Saikospeed.com.
- Cancellation stops future renewals and future billing.
- Membership fees already paid are non-refundable and non-prorated.
Issued store credit may remain available until expiration unless voided under these Terms.
8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated for any reason, the Apex+ Membership will be immediately terminated and all store credit will be voided and reset to a zero balance.
Abuse of the payment system may result in permanent disqualification from Apex+.
9. Suspension, Termination, and Forfeiture
Saikospeed may suspend or terminate a Membership at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including suspected fraud, abuse, excessive returns, or attempts to circumvent program limits.
Upon termination for abuse or policy violations, Saikospeed may void store credit and revoke benefits at its sole discretion.
10. Program Changes
Saikospeed reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Apex+ at any time, including changes to pricing, credit amounts, expiration rules, eligible brands, or Member Pricing structure. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Apex+ benefits are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Saikospeed does not guarantee savings, discount availability, product availability, or program longevity.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saikospeed will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of Apex+. Saikospeed’s total liability related to Apex+ will not exceed the membership fees paid during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
