Shipping Policy

Due to a high rise of fraudulent orders, we are now forced to only ship to BILLING ADDRESSES. If your order must be shipped to a different location than the BILLING ADDRESS, please contact us.
We always ship as fast as is permissible. For many orders, this means complimentary two day shipping. However as ALL of our orders ship for free, there are instances where we cannot afford to ship at speeds faster than ground, complimentary. If you need a specified delivery date, please contact us so that we can confirm every last detail with you before you place your order.

In these cases, we're able to work on a faster shipping time for you and send you a custom invoice for payment.

We ship via multiple carriers such as FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL. We cannot guarantee the shipping company used to deliver your products, unless it is specified in writing beforehand. Your order may be shipped in multiple boxes from different carriers. In stock orders can take up to 24 business hours to process and transit times vary. Shipping cutoff for us is 3:00 PST. We do not ship internationally at this time, except by special request.
