Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns and exchanges on items that are received damaged. You won't have to worry about manufacture defects or issues with transit damage when ordering from us. We work directly with manufactures, distributors and shipping service providers to resolve these issues with haste. The customer will be in charge of shipping costs when returning an item. It is recommended to inspect and report any issues immediately. All damages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

We do not accept returns due to buyer's remorse, ordering incorrect parts, user error installation, or any similar reason. It is important for us to implement this policy in order to offer the best pricing possible to our customers.
ALL MADE TO ORDER PARTS / SPECIAL ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED OR REFUNDED ONCE THE ORDER HAS BEGUN PRODUCTION.

If we decide to accept a return, under our sole discretion as a goodwill, we charge a 25% restocking fee. This DOES NOT apply to orders where an item was received defective. We also recoup original shipping costs incurred by us. Return shipping must be paid by the person returning the product, with tracking and insurance. 
Refunds are issued once returns are received, inspected and accepted. Items that have shown to be used, are missing pieces, not in original packaging, etc, will not be accepted for a refund.
Paypal now charges us a fee for any refunds. If a refund pre shipment is needed for buyers remorse, the paypal fee will be deducted from your total refund.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.

In the case of canceling an order at our discretion before shipment takes place, such as with a drop shipment, the buyer is responsible for any and all costs related to the cancelation incurred by RACER'S DIRECT LLC; D/B/A SAIKOSPEED.
